MJ Staffing reserves the right to reject or delete any user-submitted information without providing a reason.
Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their passwords, and any misuse is at their own risk.

Users agree to the processing and analysis of application materials by MJ Staffing.
Information posted in public areas may be accessed and used by others globally.

Privacy Data Security:

Users are responsible for configuring privacy settings to control data access.

Miscellaneous:

Termination:

The user agreement may be terminated under specified conditions, including completion of the service term or violation of terms.

Intellectual Property:

Use in Conformity with the Purpose:

MJ Staffing, its related products, services, or subscriptions are intended for the exclusive use of subscribers and registered users for the stated purpose. Unauthorized actions such as copying, downloading, recreating, sharing passwords, sublicensing, or any usage not in alignment with these terms are considered misuse. MJ Staffing reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including restricting access, claiming damages, and reporting to relevant authorities, to protect its revenue and reputation

Users can post and manage their resumes through MJ Staffing.
Resume services are provided free of cost for updating by the user.

2. Resume Display:

Users acknowledge that MJ Staffing does not guarantee a specific response to displayed resumes.
Recruiters accessing displayed resumes are not endorsed by MJ Staffing, and users are encouraged to verify their credentials.

3. Recruiter Connection:

Users agree to the sharing of their application information with recruiters through MJ Staffing's Recruiter Connection feature.

4. Resume Writing:

Resume writing services are optional and come with separate terms and charges.

5. Interview:

Users accessing Interview services agree to the platform's terms and conditions for interview preparation resources.

6. Applications by Non-Registered Users:

Only registered users are allowed to submit applications on MJ Staffing.

7. Job Search and Resume Services on SMS:

Users opting for SMS services agree to receive relevant job search information via SMS.

8. MJ Security Center:

Users are encouraged to refer to the MJ Security Center for guidelines on maintaining account security.

Employer

1. Classified Job Listing (Single):

Recruiters can post individual job listings with specific details.

2. Classified Subscriptions for Various Periods:

Subscription-based job listings are available for different durations with applicable terms.

3. Job Gallery:

The Job Gallery feature allows recruiters to showcase select job listings prominently.

4. Best Places to Work:

Companies participating in the "Best Places to Work" feature agree to the associated terms and criteria.

5. Manual Shortlisting:

Recruiters can manually shortlist candidates based on their requirements.

6. Display of Banners:

Terms for displaying banners, including dimensions and content guidelines, are outlined separately.

7. MJ Recruiter:

Users of MJ Recruiter services are bound by the terms and conditions specified for recruiter-centric tools.
