Do a Job Post with Details

• Industry Standard Job Title: Input the commonly recognized title for the job position.
• Category of Job (Industry): Choose the industry that best aligns with the job role from the available categories.
• Job Location: Specify the exact location of the job (e.g., Florida).
• Company Name on Job Listing: Enter the official name of your company.
• Job Notification will be sent to: Provide the email address where job notifications should be directed.
• Employment Type: Select the most fitting option: contract to hire, part-time, contract basics, project-based, or full time.
• Job Pay Amount: Set the minimum and maximum pay amounts. Choose the currency and pay period.
• Job Description: Write a clear and concise job description highlighting key responsibilities, qualifications, and any specific requirements.
• Job Responsibilities: List the primary duties and tasks associated with the job role.
• Skills: Specify the skills required for the job, such as technical abilities, soft skills, or certifications.
• About Company: Share a brief overview of your company, its mission, and culture.
• Company Website: Provide the website URL if applicable.
• Company Size: Input the size category that best describes your company.
• Company Founded In: Enter the founding year of your company. 
• Company Headquarters: Input the location of your company's headquarters.

Finding Resumes Relevant to Job Post

• Visit the Resume Search Page: Navigate to the MJ Staffing Employer Dashboard and click on the "Resume Search" page.
• Enter Job Keywords: In the search bar, enter keywords related to the job you are hiring for, such as job titles, skills, or specific qualifications.
• Location Filter: Specify the preferred location of candidates. Use the location filter to narrow down resumes to a specific city, state, or region.
• Employment Type Filter: Choose the employment type that aligns with your job post, such as full time, part time, contract, or project based.
• Experience Level: Utilize the experience level filter to find resumes suitable for your job post, whether seeking entry level, mid level, or senior candidates.
• Skills Filter: Specify the key skills you're looking for in candidates. This helps narrow down the resumes to those with the desired skill set.
• Education Filter: If education qualifications are crucial, use the education filter to find candidates with specific degrees or certifications.
• Language Proficiency: If language proficiency is essential for the job, use the language filter to find candidates with the required language skills.
• Apply Filters: Click the "Apply Filters" or "Search" button to see the results based on your specified criteria.
• Review Resume Summaries: Browse through the list of summarized resumes that match your search criteria.
• Click on Resumes for Details: Click on individual resumes to view detailed profiles, work experience, skills, and contact information.
• Save or Contact Candidates: Save profiles of potential candidates for later or directly contact candidates whose resumes align with your job post.
