- Plan, execute, and manage direct mail campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and data analytics, to integrate direct mail campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, printers, and mail houses to negotiate pricing and ensure quality.
- Track and manage budgets for direct mail initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance to stakeholders.
