Job Description

The administrative assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Job Responsibilities

General Administrative Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

Document Management:

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Retrieve documents and information as needed.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.

Office Management:

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
